Project Lead- Emptoris (Adhoc Reporting Project)
Primary responsibilities:
•Technical Leadership in analyzing requirements, estimating, developing, automating ah-hoc reports based on detailed business requirements.
•Team player who can work with multiple teams (on site, off shore, internal, external).
•Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
•Maintain high level of customer satisfaction both with IT group and business users.
•Self motivated and able to work proactively with minimal supervision and manage priorities.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to successfully coach, evaluate and critique vendor work.
•Strong ability to evaluate & critique staff ability to grasp new technologies.
•Ensure quality of work deliverables by testing.
•Review work artifacts; Prepare user documentation.
•Prepare and report daily work progress to reporting authority.
•Work with users, systems analysts, designers and programmers.
•Complies with the standards and processes as per organizational QMS.
•Experience in O&M production support would be preferable.
•Experience on TOAD/ACTUATE is good to have.
•Will be required to work in 11.30 am to 8.30 pm shift.
Criteria
Qualifications:
•5.5+ years of experience is required.
•Graduation or B.Tech. / M.Sc. / Graduation in Computer Science/Application s or related fields (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
•Relevant industry certification will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
•Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle 10g, UNIX command line navigation and shell scripting, Websphere.
•Good knowledge of SQL.
•Good knowledge of application troubleshooting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Work experience with Healthcare Insurance domain will be preferred.
