Qualification: MBA from a premier B School
Experience: 8 to 12 years with good exposure to Performance Management Systems, Competency Frameworks, Career Planning, Training and Development
KRA's:
* Client Servicing
* Assessing problems and provide effective solution
* meaningful consulting insights and actionable recommendations during presentations to Top Management/ Senior Leadership Team in an client organization
* To support the Business Head in assessing the unique client needs & in-turn provide key consulting inputs for preparation and delivery of proposal
* To make significant contribution to the Client Servicing Team by achieving revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets
* Excellent presentation skills
Requirements:
* Proven experience in giving presentations to Top Management/ Senior Leadership Team in an organization
* successful consulting experience with a strong focus on human capital development or Senior HR practitioner in a mid-sized to large company
* A MBA from a premier Business School
