We have an opening with HCL for managers & sr. managers (min. 4yrs experience) having a background in securities management AND corporate finance. The position can be based in Bombay or Manila, Philippines as per consultant preference with occasional travel to the other location and to Singapore. Purpose of the Role

To engage with stakeholders to provide analysis, recommendation, coordination and delivery of both tactical and strategic solutions which support and enhance the Finance production function, driving it towards the target operating vision in a cost effective manner. The scope is global and covers all products traded within Global Credit Trading.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include analysing front to back processes, identifying operational inefficiencies, and as part of the ongoing Finance Transformation, working with IT to bring GCT closer to the target operating model.



Specific areas of focus will include but are not limited to:

·Formally document tactical improvements to maximise automation and reduce manual intervention resulting in lowered cost of p&l production, front to back processing and data transfer
·To obtain and apply an understanding of the GCT p&l and risk architecture, to operate as a conduit between multiple stakeholders, increasing project delivery effectiveness through methodology and communication tool standardisation

· Direct accountability for project delivery with formalized project update publications, covering progress status, identification and status of risks, issues and dependencies to all stakeholders

·Developing and executing project work plans, including definition of project scope, mile stones and deliverables. Revising as appropriate to meet changing business needs and requirements while taking into consideration resource constraints and project deadlines


·The coordination and facilitation of relevant project IT and resource prioritization forums, utilizing ROI analysis and cost appraisal techniques to validate recommendations and proposals.

·Owning and, in certain circumstance executing, User Acceptance Testing

· Working to gain and strengthen global client and stakeholder sponsorship through continued high quality delivery
