Position: Senior Technical Lead- SAP Development
Exp- 5-8yrs
Location: Chandigarh

Responsibilities
Responsible for architecting, designing and developing software applications on various SAP development platforms.
Managing and strengthening the SAP development team
Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with other functional teams.
Mentoring of junior staff members, developing and presenting group training sessions.
Required Skills

BE/BTech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Over 5 years of SAP development experience
Experience of working as a SAP Technical Team leader
Experience of managing team of ABAPers
Thorough knowledge of following SAP technologies

.1 o ABAP/4 programming
.2 o Dialog programming, Module Pools, Screen Painter
.3 o BDC, LSMW, CATT
.4 o BAPIs and RFCs
.5 o SAP Netweaver, Web Dynpros
.6 o Logical Databases, Infosets and SAP queries
.7 o SAP BW

Medium-level knowledge in SAP Functional areas is required
Knowledge around current and future ‘NEW’ technologies in SAP is essential
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development Methodology
Excellent management, planning, and organizational skills
Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design Patterns
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual - high energy, high activity levels - passion for working with an innovative, small but rapidly growing products company
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
