3-4 Responsibilities to be handled / Deliverables of the role : Will work on basic research on hair, the understanding from which will lead to better product/claim development.

Skills candidates must possess: Interest in doing basic research, knowledge if techniques like ELISA,
Separation techniques like HPTLC, HPLC etc. Hair Measurement Techniques such as Tensile strength Measurement, Shine Measurement. Working knowledge of Product Development.
The Future of the Incumbent Good growth prospects for the right candidate: Manager
