Job responsibilities: 1
1. Undertaking basic studies in surface interaction
2. Development and validation of both instrumental/ wet methods to assess performance of personal care products.

Functional Comp:
1. should be familiar with data collection
2. analysis and data interpretation of materials characterization techniques such as SEM, AFM, TEM, XPS, EXAFS, etc.
3. Knowledge of statistics (familiarity with SPSS) would be an added advantage.


Skill:
1. Aptitude for designing and developing new testing equipments would be desirable.
2. Ability to share and work in cross-functional environment. Innovative self-driven candidate with a strong research mindset

Job Designation: Executive Scientist – Formulation Hair Care

Job responsibilities: 2
1. Formulation development.
2. Product evaluation - consumer as well as lab
3. Vendor interaction
4. Scale up trial

Functional Comp:
1. Good background in chemistry, preferably Organic chemistry.
2. Ability to plan and conduct experiments independently.
3. Analyze results
4. Basic computer knowledge - Word, Excel.
5. Good presentation skills.

1. Creative thinking.
2. Able to apply knowledge / skills from one area to another area.
3. Willing to work in a team and coordinate well with cross functional partners.
4. Ability to differentiate colors.
