EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Total Experience: 5+ Years (Industry / Domain Experience)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree – Full time only

Requirement 1.

Finance Consultant / SME : 1000CWA

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) - Preferred


Should have knowledge in the day to day responsibilities of the financial accounting staff.

Should have managed all accounting, including the cash book, bank reconciliation, processing of receipts and payments and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Should have operated the general, sales and purchase ledgers and fixed asset register in accordance with agreed procedures and make recommendations for improved controls and procedures.

Should have ensured that all transactions are entered correctly into the accounting systems in accordance with the agreed month end timetables and reporting all unusual transactions or processes to the Head of Finance and to the Management Accounting Manager.

Should have ensured that appropriate steps are taken in order that all moneys owed to the Organisation are collected.

Should have ensured that IT systems are being used effectively and be proactive in developing the use of IT systems in the department to improve efficiency in transaction processing and improve the quality of service to customers.

Should have planed and managed the annual accounts closure within agreed timetables to facilitate the audit and reporting of the accounts.

Prepared VAT and other statutory returns. To advise on correct VAT treatment for income and expenditure.

Advise and support the Director of Finance on technical developments relevant to the financial management and reporting for the Organisation.

Monitor compliance with Organisation’s Financial Regulations and Procedures and recommend developments in regulations and procedures to enhance controls and efficiency.

Assist internal and external auditors in the execution of their duties.

Perform other duties as required by the Head of Finance.

Requirement 2.

Production Planning Consultant / SME : 1000CWC

Should have knowledge in Production planning activities

Should have knowledge in Material requirement planning based on the yearly / monthly planning

Should know Capacity planning and optimum utilization of capacitates

Maintaining Production scheduling based on monthly / weekly planning

Awareness of Man power allocation according the plan

Should know Different modes of Packing

Awareness of Annual budgeting

Indenting for Raw and Packing materials to the warehouse

Knowledge of various inspections like Inward inspection, In-process inspection and final inspection.

Awareness of Quality systems

Generation of Management information reports

New production development

Requirement 3.

Material Managment Consultant / SME : 1000CWG

Should have knowledge in Material Mangament Activities

Should have knowledge in Material requirement planning based on the yearly / monthly planning

Should know Capacity planning and optimum utilization of capacitates

Awareness of Man power allocation according the plan

Should know Different modes of Packing

Awareness of Annual budgeting

Indenting for Raw and Packing materials to the warehouse

Knowledge of various inspections like Inward inspection, In-process inspection and final inspection.

Generation of Management information reports

New production development

Requirement 4.

Plant Maintenance Consultant / SME : 1000CWH

Should have the knowledge of the general maintenance process.

Allocation of the jobs to the Mechanics/ any other work force

Know the process of the activity / service / maintenance request

Know the Process of the Break down / preventive maintenance

Should know the Calibration process of Equipments

Recording the timings and confirmation of the work

Knowledge of taking safety permissions / Safety precautions at the time of working

Equipments assembles and Spares Planning and rising request for procure the material

General yearly budget planning

Maintaining the MIS reports

ISO/TPM/Sigma process

Requirement 5.

Quality Management Consultant / SME : 1000CWF

Should have knowledge of Vendor related Inspections like Inward inspection

Should have knowledge of In-process inspection during manufacturing of the products

Should have knowledge of Final inspection after the completion of Manufacturing

Should have knowledge of Maintaining the Quality certificate of Analysis

Should have knowledge of Maintaining control samples and inspection of control samples

Should have awareness of Quality management systems

Handling of Complaints like Vendor related complaints, In-process complaints and Customer complaints
