Job Description:

ü Should Have Excellent Knowledge about WCS 6.0 Sub-Systems, using which he/she should design the new functionalities efficiently

ü Ability to Lead and Guide the team members & do efficient code/design review incorporating the best practices

ü Should have thorough knowledge on Out of the Box capabilities. Recommend the exact OOB Commands at the right places so that WCS can be efficiently used

ü Should have used SOA, Latest Frameworks of IBM WCS & should know the latest WCS functionalities so that he can suggest & incorporate the same in the development Process

ü Should know various Integration methodology for integrating commerce with other systems


4-10 Yrs

Java with Web sphere Portal

Common skills – J2EE – JSP, JSF, Spring, JQuery, DHTML, CSS, ADF

ü IBM Portal Stack – IBM Websphere Portal, Websphere Content Management, Lotus Connections, QuickR

ü Oracle Portal Stack – Oracle Webcenter PS 3, BEA Weblogic Portal, Universal Content Management, Jive

ü Open Source Portal Stack – Life Ray Portal


4 – 10 Yrs

Java Architect

ü Hands on experience in Java technologies

ü Good knowledge on frameworks like struts, Hibernate, Spring

ü Good to have knowledge on MVC.

ü Good experience on Webservices.

ü Preferred experience on retail domain.


8 – 10 Yrs

Java(A and SA level)

ü Good experience on frameworks like struts, hibernate, spring.

ü Good to have experience on Java stack.


4-7 Yrs

Java Developers

ü Possess basic understanding of Design patterns and design principles

ü Proficient in Java/J2EE technologies including Core Java, JSP, XML, RMI etc

ü Should have project experience with Struts/Spring and Hibernate

ü Knowledge on Application Servers like Web logic or Web Sphere


4-7 Yrs

Architect

ü Experience in Java/J2EE Design & Development

ü Has experience in High Available/ High Performance systems

ü Strong knowledge on J2EE Design Patterns

ü Must have designed/architected J2EE (multi-tiered architecture) based systems

ü Exposure to either Spring/Hibernate, or Struts based applications

ü Should have experience UML based designing

ü Working knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, and related technologies.

ü Experienc with systems handling large Databases

ü Experienced in developing Web Service based applications

ü Have Agile exposure

ü Experience with aggressive continuous integration practices

ü Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript and object oriented frameworks.
