Product Development Executive with a leading MNC FMCG Company based in Mumbai

We have an opening for the position of Product Development Executive with a leading MNC FMCG Co. based in Mumbai.

Qualification & Experience : B.Sc. Tech. (Food Technology) from UDCT OR M.Sc. Food Technology from CFTRI OR M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Microbiology with min 2 years of relevant work experience for projects with specific needs.



Job Description :
Responsible for development and completion of series of projects with specific timelines and co-ordinate and execute all the R&D activities connected to particular projects
Product & ingredient development
Storage studies and other stability tests
Vendor development & raw material specifications
Process development & optimization
Shortlisting relevant new technologies and Equipment selection
Establishing analytical procedures
Tying up with external labs/agencies
Usage tests and analytical tests
Product Safety checks.
