Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical /Electrical /Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology/Dairy Technology /Production/Industrial Engineering

(IIT/ NIT/DCE/PEC/BITS/Thapar College of Engineering or top state colleges)
No unexplained gaps in education and at least 60% marks, high school onwards.

Experience : 2 to 9 Years

About Organization: A diversified presence in Cigarettes, Hotels, Paperboards & Specialty Papers, Packaging, Agri-Business, Packaged Foods & Confectionery, Information Technology, Branded Apparel, Personal Care, Stationery, Safety Matches and other FMCG products.

Job Description:

• Production process flow and nuances of the process
• Product quality norms and the impact of process variability on product quality
• Achievement of product’s quality standards and hygiene standards at Contract Manufacturing
Unit (CMU) operations
• Managing the manufacturing process to achieve desired volumes at optimum waste level and
operations costs.

Skills:
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Application of concepts like productivity, utilization, workflows, line balancing etc
• Application of basic engineering principles in understanding new processes / technology
