Testing and Cutover Lead Role in AIA, Malaysia

There is requirement for Testing and Cutover Lead at AIA (formerly AIG IT dept.) at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role is initially on 6 months contract with option of permanent hiring based on performance.

Experience in SAP implementation projects is preferable. Kindly refer to the JD below.

Job Description:


•Own and provide a Single point of testing and cutover management, co-ordination and communications with different SAP project teams, AIA internal users, stakeholders and backend testing support team
•Cover unit test (where applicable) with testing scripts, tools and documentations
•Cover functional test (where applicable) with testing scripts, tools and documentations
•Cover integration test (where applicable) with testing scripts, tools and documentations
•Cover system interface test (where applicable) with testing scripts, tools and documentations
•Cover regression test (where applicable) with testing scripts, tools and documentations
•Above tests (where applicable) in positive and negative considerations, tools and documentations
•Cover all production environments' cutovers with documentations
•Cover all non-production environments' cutovers with documentations
•Cover all DR environments' cutovers with documentations
•Integration with SAP IT CAB (Change Advisory Board)
•Determine and manage dependencies (include SAP inflight projects, high priority regular activities e.g. month/quarter and year-end)

Job Requirements:
•5+ years of working experience as application/system testing and cutover management
•Comprehensive knowledge in testing methodology and/or quality control
•Knowledge in SAP implementation would be a definite advantage
•Knowledge in financial industry would be a definite advantage
•Strong skills in coordination and communication.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Fluent written and spoken English
