Role Summary/Purpose The North India Site Leader would have to interact with the Business Leaders & IM Leaders on Site for Oil & Gas, Power & Water, Energy Services and also the Technology Services Group Design, Build & Run and Pole Teams to provide the best IT experience to the users.

Essential Responsibilities Drive Programs in the region/Site - New Office Build Outs/Plant Build outs/ Acquisition Integration Support etc.
Drive Operational Excellence i.e. End User Computing Services, Work with Server Ops team to improve servers performance and availability, Work with Network Design/Build/ Run Teams to continuously improve the Voice & Data Network services,

Focus on supporting the Business Growth by improving ; Tailoring processes to suit the needs, partnering with the Businesses Teams on their Business Specific IT Infrastructure requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements BS/BM degree in IM, Engineering or related field/ MCA
ITIL Certification/ Knowledge
Strong Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
Strong program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Desired Characteristics 7+ years working experience in an infrastructure environment
8+ years’ experience in infrastructure Program/Project Management
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
