pre-sales and/or operations experience.
3. Process Excellence

Process Excellence & Risk Management
Required Sr Manager/AVP
Role purpose: Lead/mentor lean six sigma projects across vertical, Support
Enterprise level initiatives on process improvement. Qualification &
Experience: Graduate / PG (preferably in Engineering) with 7-8 yrs
experience in six sigma or process excellence function. Certified Six
Sigma Black belts, completed and mentored BB projects in BFSI domain.
4. Admin - Technical Services

Required: Sr Manager
Role purpose: Plan and utilize resources optimallyto ensure safe and
uninterruptedtechnicalinfrastructure to internal customers.
Qualification & Experience: BE - Electrical with 8-10 yrs of experience in
technical services within admin function. Familiar with DG sets, UPS,
Precision Air Conditioning, analytical ability, communication and
networking ability.
5. Transition

Transition
Required: Sr Manager/AVP
Role purpose: Ensure smooth transition of projects, Identify, raise and
drive closure of issues in transition, Collaborate with business
development team to create transition approach for prospective clients.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate/ PG with experience in BPO
services handling transition of Banking and Financial Services projects.
