PURPOSE OF POSITION:
§ The incumbent will be responsible for the Functional Design and Configuration deliverables being delivered by the offshore team for a huge SAP implementation project spanning across multiple years with phased deployments. He will be responsible to ensure the Functional Design will meet the business goals of the Project and is devoid of any process and compliance risks.
§ In this role the person will also be responsible in design and execution of testing as part of the overall SDLC testing.
§ In this role, the person will also be responsible for ensuring that the Global Services IT Partners are providing the services per the SOW terms and conditions and are working at optimum offshore leverage & improving their overall delivery of services & cost to the Operating Companies.

Education & Experience:
* Degree in Engineering, SCM or MBA
* Minimum of 10-12 years of experience with SAP SCM or PP or MM configuration experience, SAP implementation and program management.

Other Skills (Certification/s):
§ Significant experience in managing portfolio of multiple large programs, and support operations
§ Strong SAP project delivery experience – managing global, cross-functional, multi-disciplined projects
§ Strong experience in SAP Project/Service delivery
§ Experience of working in an FDA regulated compliance environment.
§ Ability to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing in teams together – both J&J internal and external vendors
§ Global mindset – ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
§ Strength in interdependent partnering and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and business partners
§ A Change Agent with a high tolerance for ambiguity
