Job Responsibilities

Operational

· Responsible for delivery of Analytics Services, revenue growth and relationship management of strategic accounts

· Financial management of engagements with accountability for both top and bottom line

· Manage project planning and resource allocation. Set overall project direction, including assessment of the skill levels and gaps for each team member. Ensure consolidated, focused, high-level engagement metrics.

· Work with clients to define project needs, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and act as an account liaison to maintain ongoing good client communications and relations in conjunction with Cognizant EAP client/project teams.

· Expand existing engagements to new areas – including expanding capabilities of the team

· Constant, effective communication with client and the rest of Cognizant including onshore teams

· Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery from offshore.

Strategic

· Represent Cognizant’s position in client meetings, develop strong customer relationships and relentlessly focus on meeting their evolving needs. Constantly seek to understand their most critical issues and develop creative approaches to providing them insights and best practices.

· Provide thought leadership related to business and analytical solutions

· Conceptualize and drive new solutions development

· Development of business cases for desired investments in key practice areas

· Set the standard in process documentation and execution excellence

· Contribute to key Practice objectives including – Execution Excellence, Service Innovation, Change Management and Transition Management, Reporting

· Mentoring and development of staff

Job Requirements


· Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

· Experience and Thought leadership in business analytics

· High commitment to quality & QC processes.

· Understanding of global delivery model

· Assertiveness and ability to drive the agenda on behalf of clients

· Deep understanding of business processes in pharmaceutical and healthcare space.

· Ability to lead engagements

· Strong relationship building experience coupled with project delivery. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare space preferred.

· Flexibility to travel

· Ability to conceptualize and drive new initiatives for the Practice and to drive key customer metrics within each engagement
