Relationship/Sales Profiles required for Private Sector Bank in Mumbai
Group : FM (Financial Market group) – Large Corporates and Large SME’s
Product: Treasury related products ( Foreign Exchange and Derivative
Sales)
Main Purpose: To Ensure FM Sales objectives of Revenues thru FM products
are met within the allocated client set.
Key Accountables:
Managing Relationships with allocated clients and acquiring new
relationships- meet the planned contact intensity and marketing efforts
for each of the clients, acquire new clients as per business plan and
understanding with other credit and relationship functions
Structuring products to market views and customer requirements and ensure
adequate distribution , coordinating with the Structuring Desk and Team
Lead wherever necessary and distribute these to the client set so as to
maximize sales as well as desired perception among the targeted client
set. Strategizing for FM Sales opp in the allocated client set and drawing
up the implementation plan for the same.
Formulate Strategy for the client and get buy in for the decision, pricing
to the clients on products and specific opp by ensuring availability of
credit lines.
Achieving agreed revenue numbers –ensure adequate sales and renevues from
the client set- Ensure product sales as per the agreed plan (Wallets and
Appropriateness) for each of the clients
Process Adherence and stability – Flows-giving rates, inputs, reporting-
Derivatives- Adherence to laid down procedures and compliance to internal
and external regulations for all activities on the Desk
Graduate with a professional qualification will be ideal – About 2-6yrs of
similar exp in a banking environment.
